Crayola Flowers

My students are creating wall murals in the cafeteria at school and the theme is "Monets Garden", as they paint,  I paint.  This was done with classroom crayola water color.  The children are my inspiration, every day is a blessing.

Sedona Arizona View

This is definately a place that you must see in the USA!  Spectacular Sedona is a haven for art lovers, and  nature lovers.  Every day we went hiking on the red rock through many canyons that led to striking summit views.  Be careful for the spiders and scorpions, my son Douglas found many critters relaxing under rocks! 

Summer Hydrangeas

This was painted with acrylic paint, I will be composing more still life with flowers in the near future.  Spring is in the air!

Violet Splash

I arranged this still life first thinking of my color choice.  I set up in my kitchen, near the window so that I have natural lighting.  The liquid in the glass is a mixture of red and blue food coloring.  The plum color underneath is a summer scarf.

Haunted Hotel

This is a very old and mysterious hotel, I call it the "haunted hotel" at Port of the Islands.  This is located on Union Rd. in back of our Orchid Cove Community.
